Welcome to Shasta Paddlers!
We're a loose knit group made up of enthusiasts of kayaking, canoeing, stand up paddleboarding, and anything else that travels on the water under human power. We meet at Whiskeytown Lake just west of Redding, California for weekly evening social paddles, the Sacramento river for down river running and up-river workouts, and host a number of events throughout the Northstate. Paddlers of all skill levels are welcome to participate and we strongly encourage newbies!
